Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use the Bhargava Group website.
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of bhargavagroup.ca (the “Site”), operated by Bhargava Group Limited. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information only
Content on the Site is general information about our organisation and services. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice for your situation. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything on the Site.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to Bhargava Group Limited and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the platforms we work with; their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, submitting unlawful or harmful content through forms, or using it to send unsolicited messages.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as Google Maps and Cal.com). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. No warranty
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bhargava Group Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
