How we engage
Clear scope. Written commitments. No surprises.
Every engagement is shaped around your organisation, so there is no price list. Here is exactly how we get from a first conversation to a working partnership.
In short
Engagements with Bhargava Group start with a conversation, followed by a documented assessment of your environment and goals. You receive a written proposal with scope, responsibilities, service commitments and cost, then a structured onboarding, and finally ongoing service with regular reviews.
1. A conversation
Thirty minutes with a senior person who understands both the technology and the business. We listen to what is working, what is not and where you want to be.
2. A documented assessment
We review your environment, security posture, risks and goals, and share what we find in writing, whether or not you work with us.
3. A written proposal
Scope, responsibilities, service commitments, onboarding plan and cost, all in one document. Engagements can be ongoing managed services, defined projects or a combination.
4. Onboarding
Documentation, monitoring and security first, urgent fixes next, then standardisation, with progress reported weekly.
5. Ongoing service and reviews
A named lead, clear reporting and quarterly reviews with a roadmap, so the service keeps improving rather than just keeping the lights on.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to what comes up in almost every first conversation.
Do you publish prices?
No. Every organisation is different, so cost depends on scope, number of users and devices, locations and service commitments. The proposal states it clearly before any work begins.
Is there a long lock-in?
Terms are agreed in the proposal. We prefer to keep clients because the service is good, and you own your documentation and accounts.
What does the assessment cost?
We discuss the scope of the assessment in the first conversation and confirm it in writing before starting.
